Information Collection and Use

In order to use The Service, we need you to provide us with information such as your company’s name, your name and email address. If you’d like to use a paid version of The Service, The Company will need your credit card number and billing information as well. The company also collects application usage statistics.

Some Momentec platform features may use applications to collect data to facilitate a payment processing or electronic health transactions. Momentec will obtain the user’s explicit permission to transfer this data to the third party to facilitate this transaction as part of the transaction processing service agreement voluntarily entered into with Momentec. The Momentec platform uses third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. Payments processed by these third parties will also be subject to their privacy statements.

Momentec may store this information to verify the transaction for customer service and accounting reasons and may use this information to help personalize the experience on the Momentec platform. Momentec may also share this information with other third parties on an aggregate basis, but on in a de-identified manner.
